Is the trial really free?

Yes — 7 days on any plan. Card required so you don’t have to sign up twice, but Stripe won’t charge until the trial ends. Cancel anytime from your billing portal.

What does the Alibaba data actually look like?

12 candidate suppliers per TikTok Shop product, each with wholesale price range, MOQ, verified status, trade assurance, and a match-confidence score. Pro tier includes 25 on-demand lookups per month for products we haven’t sourced yet.

Can I switch or cancel?

Yes. Upgrade / downgrade / cancel from your billing portal. Refunds are prorated automatically by Stripe when you switch.

Do you refund?

We honor the 7-day trial, no card charge if you cancel in that window. After a full period we don’t refund unpaid usage, but you keep access until the paid period ends.
